Flo Sleep Solutions Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered

I placed an order for three flow adjustable memory foam pillows and paid an amount of ****.** which it displayed the amount. After paying the next day it displayed partial amount paid for the order. I called the customer care and they said due to some technical issue it displayed wrong amount and I asked to send them * pillows after several discussions and called on **th March **** and said to dispatch * pillows and they said they will dispatch in *days which they failed to dispatch.
