Tatvartha Health Private Limited - Package not delivered

I was desirous of purchasing certain products of the famous hair care brand “Traya” which is owned by the company “Tatvartha Health Private Limited”. Pursuant thereto, I placed an order for a shampoo and hair serum on the website. While my monies for purchase of the said products was deducted, I did not receive an order confirmation. Despite repeated follow ups, the company neither confirmed my order nor refunded my money. Till date, I have received no response from the company and my money has been wasted and appears to have been fraudulently siphoned off.
