The order was placed on ** Feb **** and even after paying extra for the express delivery the order was not delivered since the customer care was unresponsive for three days and yesterday they texted me saying that the order was delivered and the only replying get is the automated response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
