Mayandi Ret Electronics Enterprises - Package Not delivered

Dear Sir,
I have enquired Onkyo Ht-S**** their home theatre system through India Mart, after that I have received an email from above contact and proceeded my enquiry. I have asked all the clarification of originality, installation, service and also my concern in terms of ingenuity. He writes and expressed everything and send me proposal stating the package info above home theatre with * atmos speakers total cost **K. **% should pay advance and remaining ** during installation. I agreed on the terms and paid **K on *th Nov. And later he updates the requested colour was not available so that we are sending from our head office in Uk and shared the shipping details.www.transpacificlogs.com Tracking ID: TPL********. and repeated instances I made me transfer ***% amount. during Sunday he asks me to pay additional Rs-****. I doubted and asked the supplier I have paid ***% I can't pay anything more than that he tried to convince me but I denied. he tried till today *.** am, I have told until you ensure your supply on Sunday I take it up legally, but he was not heard. now I have cheated RS- *****.
