I have ordered product from luxebykan website and they shipped my product through delhivery. On ** December **** delhivery declared that they have delivered my product but sadly no one delivered the product on that day. I have not received any call from their delivery person on that day , upon tracking my order on delhivery website it showed that they have delivered my product on ** December ****. Upon contacting them they reassured me that my issue will be resolved in ** hours. Today is * January **** , my issue is still unresolved. I want this fraud delivery company to reimburse me and apologize me for the inconvenience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
