Zuhriyaa Instagram cothing brand - Package not delivered

I have ordered a dress worth **** rps from Zuhriyaa instagram page from flash sale on dec ** th **** . The dress was supposed to be given by the mid of feb **** . After placing the order there was no response from their page . Tried calling and also messaging them through whatsapp and their instagram page but was of no use . After several tries finally on july **** the owner of the page had attended my call and told the dress was somehow misplaced and so she will replace it with other one which i had choosed also , but she told the replaced dress will cost extra *** rps which she agrees to dispatch within one month .So i agreed and paid extra *** rpz on july *rd **** . Today its been one year since I orders a dress from there page . I had tried calling and messaging them ,there were no response as usuall and also i had resquested for the refund amount of ****rps . Till now there was no dress dispatched nor the refund amount . It was a totall waste of money and time ..
