DTDC Lite - Package not delivered

I ordered medicine through Instagram page,they dispatched it through DTDC Lite..it showed in the app out for delivery on **th October,but later the same day around *pm it showed ATTEMPT NOT MADE.. after that it's **th today no progress in the status.. my parcel still not reached..
Even I called customer care. But they're giving vague replies..as they can't provide no of the delivery person etc ..
