Messho - Package not delivered

I ordered * products in meesho app from same shop with online payment ****rupees and only one product got delivered to me but in messho app it is showing all * products got delivered and I have escalated same to meesho customer care and they have raised request and confirmed that they are in process of checking issue but ... after ** days they confirmed via mail your account got blocked we cannot refund back still i tried to reach them but they are not responding.
