I ordered a pair of football boots from this site in july. They also force you to pay online and not COD because they know that they are not going to deliver your package and therefore get you to pay upfront. I have tried countless times to communicate with them and get an update but they only respond to messages which benefit them or their image.
I messaged them from another account asking about a random product and they replied within seconds whereas my other message asking about my package has been left unseen for months now. Please someone guide me on what to do.
