Yowardrobe in - Package not delivered

I placed an order on *th Aug **** for * dresses from yowardrobe.in in Instagram and I have made full payment in advance. I have been contacting him since last so days about delivery status and why there is delay in delivery of order because his time for delivery was only *-* days. I have screenshot of chats where it can be clearly seen that he is not replying to my texts and now he blocked me in instagram. He is fraud and cheater, if people like him are encouraged in Instagram then all innocent customer will trust such people and make whole payment in advance and lose all amount. I have also asked for refund if he is not delivering my order but no response. Please it's an request help me in this case and punish such type of fraud and cheater sellers.
