Hi,
My name is Kiran Kumar from Visakhapatnam.
We paid an amount of INR ****.** for the broadband connection from Excitel. Amount paid successfully. Still we don't have any connection. We paid on *th August ****.

There is no proper response from Excitel customer service and Excitel local team.
It's my humble request to refund back my amount. Along with router installation amount.
