As i have ordered a semi stitched suit from glamour daily fab Instagram page. Which was amounting of Rs. ****. It was ordered on **nd june'****. As they have police of delivery within *-* working days after dispatch within *-* days. After some days i have texted them on Instagram for the updates and also asked for the tracking details but they didn't respond first and then after texting so many messages they just replied to me that they will let me know . I was continuously texting them every day they ignore my texts. And just kept on saying that they will update me. After getting fed up with my text they texted me that I they will share the tracking details and I'll receive my parcel within day or tomorrow and if not then they will provide me with the refund but still I didn't receive anything . So I asked my refund for the same. But they still started ignoring my text and again they replied that in which they asked my payment details but till now they did not initiated my refund money back. And now they are not responding to my texts. It's been more than ** days till the date of order.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
