Consignment no ********** was not delivered by your executive contact no *********** inspite of informing him the exact location with landmark for * days and wasting my time for * days waiting for your executive.. Later I got the message that the consignment is returned back to supplier.. Request, if your executives are not able to deliver the consignment. let them inform the consignee and the shipper to make other arrangements. There may be some very important consignment for which the consignee may have to bear the loss.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
