I ordered two products,one of *** n other of ***,my transaction was successful ,n l got message n statement from Bank that my money got debited,but till Dat not received product or refund, l had ordered on ** Aug ****,l tried everything possible to contact shopneq ,but no replies l hv got the screenshort of what l pain on razorback on the same date
