I have made a purchase from a thrift store account named thrift_store with username: thriftstore**** on instagram. Once i have done the payment there's no response regarding the dispatch and delivery of the product. Today when i checked the account it's name has been changed to "instagram user" and there's no posts available on their profile. I am attaching the screenshots of chat as well how the account was before and now, also the payment receipt. I think they have scammed me and deleted their account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
