I ordered * Hijabs on ** Feb ****, and had paid Rs *** through Gpay. They have an Instagram account sheikhaonlinestor from which I saw their phone number. I contacted them through WhatsApp and paid them. It's been more than a month but I didn't receive any parcel from them. Since ** Feb I have been asking them about the Tracking details of the order that I placed and also about shipping details. They never gave me any details regarding the same. Earlier they used to say that it will be delivered afer *days, but after one month of waiting when I asked them to either send the parcel or refund my amount they are not responding to my messages and calls. They have an active instagram account by the name of Sheikhaonlinestore.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
