MOHMMAD MUBARAK Mumbai Maharashtra - Package not delivered

This happened on ** march...when i was on my work place....delivery boy who supposed to delivered at my home address refused to do so.....so he delivered at my work address...when i go to take my order he asked for otp and had one package on his hand....then when i gave him otp he marked delivered ....moment when he supposed to give me my package he asked for my name again......then he said oh....its not your order may be i forgot it on pickup point i will deliver it tomorrow......i waited for two days....at ** or ** March i complaint on meesho customer care....they were like he received your complaint will do needful....now its about **-** days over still my package not arrived and my money is gone......no solution at all.....what is this......if u are not gonna help then why you have option for help center......when you dp nothing....what kind of irresponsible behavior is this?? I'm a regular customer of meesho....bt now onwards m not gonna buy a single thing....ridiculous app and ridiculous delivery agent and irresponsible help center
