Lacasha com - Package not delivered

I am a senior citizen without any source of income. I wanted to get some toy for my grandkids. On **th February Google search I found a toy ',Helicopter *-in * for kids with remote control at lacasha.com. I liked the toy as the amount mentioned for the same suited to my budget. I placed an order for the same. There was option to pay through pay-tm so I decided to pay through pay-tm and I paid Rs *** for the order. Pay-tm app showed the name "THE LADY SHOP,,order id-*****-************** date **nd February time *.** PM,, wallet no. -***********. Thereafter I received a mail from lacasha-'info.lacasha@gmail.com,mentioning -Thank you for your order-just to let you know we have received your order #***** it is now being processed it also mentioned my payment details and shipping address.. After waiting for a couple of days when I didn't receive any update regarding delivery I checked on lacasha.com and to my surprise it showed 'no order. On further scrolling down there was a link track order on clicking the link and filling my mail id and order numer received by mail it showed "processing ". Thereafter whenever I tracked it showed the same "processing ". After not receiving the delivery I complained number of times through link contact us as well as mails to info.lacasha@gmail.com but all the complaints got un answered. Now I hereby request that my money may please be got refunded and the site may be got banned to avoid further cheating other people.
