Airpods Pro - Package not delivered

I have placed the order of copy of airpods pro through bikayi.com on **st of november and as per their commitment it should be delivered to me with *-* working days but its *nd of december now and I haven’t received any update or my product delivery through them which was really unprofessional and seems like a fraud to me so kindly work on this because their site is reflecting on top when you are searching for airpods or any electronic gadget and i am sure its a paid trick of them..i request you to either arrange a refund from them or deliver my product soon
