I have ordered a phone case from @epic_case_flick a month ago. I haven't received my ordered product yet. It's been more than a month. When I asked them about it, they said it is dispatched but when I looked into the courier service tracking website, with the tracking id they provided, there are no data found. They've been fooling me like this for more than a month now. I want my money back.
