I, Sangeetha Srinivas, from Bangalore followed “DHRITHII CHENNAI”, a jewellery designer seller on Instagram and believing it to be genuine ordered * sets of artificial jewellery worth Rs.****/-. The same was ordered on **.**.****. However, after the payment was made there was no communication from the person. Inspite of repeated follow ups, there was no proper response nor received my order.
Request you to kindly consider the aforesaid complaint and get my money back from the so called vendor.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
