I had ordered a cake for my mum on May **st afternoon worth Rs ***.As per the order, they promised to deliver it on the same day by ** pm. When I did not receive any further clarity and tried to contact them, at around *pm, they informed that itcan not be delivered and they cannot refund the amount. They forced me to buy a personalized item instead, so I didthe same, they promised again that it would be delivered within * days, but it isthe *th day today,. MYcalls are not answered at all and my e-mails are not addressed properly. When I ask for tracking ID, they say due to technical issue, they do not have the ID
