Stylehouses co in - Package not delivered

I ordered on Saturday from the Facebook.of advertiser of stylehouses.
Two different items ordered but the order is not delivered yet. No any confermation when the order is dispatched. Money *** debited from the my debit card and credit card.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And get back refund.
