I have ordered for professional hair dryer and straightener brush, Order ID **** And after the payment I received a mail of my order copy. But I have not received the product. And I have tried to mail the issue to the same mail ID. But the mail ID is invalid

The order for a hair straightening device has been placed. There is no tracking link available. No customer service available to contact. The phone number given on the website is not valid either.
