Have sent below email to Winni today and spoke to their customer support. She hung up on me when I asked for reference numbers of complaint.
Below are the list of * orders that were placed for Mother's Day however * of them didn't get delivered and * was delivered with wrong flowers.

I have been trying to contact you guys via WhatsApp but it seems you aren't responding after you have received the order. Somehow I managed to get your customer support executive on call but very rudely she hung up on me when I asked her questions about the order and refund.
You guys are rude and dont know how to manage the occasion because you have spoiled mine.
Please cancel the order and process the full refund of all three orders (of course you can take money for the cake). Don't cheat people for money in such a time. have some shame.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
