DTDC Fatehpur Branch TRKNG No - Package not delivered

I did not even receive the package and the courier guy delievered it someone else. I cannot even imagine how irresponsible the delivery person can be ! I had been all day long at my home location which is mentioned on the package as a delievery address, but no one came to me and now when tracking the same it is mentioned it was delivered successfully, this is pathetic !! It is not expected with such a big company like DTDC Courier Services. It came to my knowlage here, in Fatehpur Distt,the delivery team out of their laziness and carelessness they hand it over to a non authorized person to deliever it to the assigned location, I need someone explain me this issue and person responsible be fired with immediate effects for not these mistakes happen in near future.
