I had ordered a football shoe. Which was more than * years back. I’m not getting even a single reply from them. There is no tracking information, no refund nothing, I’ve been just mailing since * years. The only reply I get is we’re working on it as the services are closed due to pandemic. Now since like a year I don’t even get that reply.
