Wayscoop.com Premium E-commerce - Package not delivered

Hi I am Aamir khan from kota Rajasthan ** sep. wayscoop.com company employers Mr Manish, ms. swati, Mr. Ankit verma these guyz I was call for a offer related. They told me if I purchase a reebok combo five product then I will get a gift by company in offer. Then I ask what is a gift u will provide me then they told me a smart "laptop" so then I ask amount of reebok combo five product they told me only Rs. **** then I have confirm that if I purchase this five combo product so u will provide a laptop with that they told me " Yes sir" then I told them " Kya in five product k sath mujhe laptop bhi recieved hoga ?? "
They told me "yes sir"
So then I have booked order of five product combo and I paid Rs. **** by credit.....
Now ** October I have recieved five Reebok combo product but laptop I didn't get recieved so I was call Mr. Manish or ask them what's going dear sir laptop is not recieved in my five combo product so then he told me that company you will provide a laptop within a one week then I said ok sir..
Now after one week I was call Mr. Manish but he did not recieved my call after then I was call ms. Swati but she is also not recieved my call then I was Mr. Ankit verma but he is also not recieved my call...
Now i am trying to connect wayscoop.com company but everyone guy pickup my call and I m trying to my problems then everyone ask my name so I told
" hi I am Aamir khan from kota so jese hi ye log mera nam sunte to mujhse bolte k sir ham apko ** mint me call krke btate h "
But no one guy called me or even I was call them then " he or she is not pickup my call "
Today I have been there for ** days but I did not get recieved my laptop in this company.
Please consumer team help me sir...
