I had ordered a red velvet cake of worth Rs ****, a candle of Rs **, three greeting cards of Rs *** each, a teddy bear of Rs *** and * Cadbury Chocolates of Rs ***. Totally I had to pay an amount of Rs ****. The order has been placed on *th of April to be delivered on *th of April at ** am. The whole birthday party had been crashed. I wish to get a refund of the money I paid as soon as possible.
