Hello i had orders bunch of cosmetics from a instagram store called cosmeticsatbest on **feb **** this is my second order with them... Idk whats wrong with the team... On **march they told me all the order are being shipped and ill receive it soon today is ** of march i haven't received it yet... When i contacted them in there page they are going on a break.. Will return after some days... I pinged them in there other instagram handle house of nails... The spoke person there was extremely rude and she /he kept on judging ne whether my behavior is normal or abnormal... Today i contacted them again she / he told me they don't have my order so they cant refund...... And asked me to wait again
