Kavitha filed complaint against Samsung India on Feb 24, 2021
I had purchased new samsung s** ultra and there was products that we can purchase at samsung store for preorderes - So ordered smart tag and watch - there is no update and the product is not delivered - Samsung customer care shouts for asking to escalate to higher management - It has been more than a week but no response from them or the products are not even shipped. The delivery date was **nd Feb **** - its **th and there is not even a single update - WHen asked about the status they say wait for ** hours every time we call.
