Myflowerapp - Package not delivered

I ordered a cake on valentine's day they promised me that they will deliver it on the same day they even deduct extra charge from the total amount but when i track my order its says its been delivered but i haven't received it i made my payment online and when i try to contact them i found no contact no. Whatsoever... I emailed them but no reply from their side completely scammers my order id is ********* if anyone could help me I would be very glad.
