I had placed my order in December. It's been ** days and I still havent received my order. I've sent countless emails and messages on instagram and whatsapp but they haven't been catering to the needs. They havent sent any order conformation or tracking order details. This is disappointing customer service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
