Dear sir/madam
I have placed my order of free trial on **-dec-****.
With smytten. Nd they give date of delivery on **-dec-****. Nd they dnt update tracking detail after **-dec-**** **:** am. Bt today is **-dec-**** still can't track my order till date.
I have attached screenshot for your reference of same with order id nd nxt screenshot of tracking detail which is not updated.kindly help me with this as soon as possible.
