I saw the ad in instagram. I viewed their page. There were more thaan **k people where following. This makes me believe in their page. There shows a website to order . I purchased a Hoodie for *** rupees and ** rupees for shipping. I paid them through paytm. And I received a sms as "Hi Varsha, thanks for your purchase of Rs. ***.** from Apnabulkmm! We'll notify you when it ships." on Dec **,****. Then after *days I was worried and wrote a message to their insta page. But I didn't get any response. Then I saw their mail ID in their website and mailed them. Still now (dec**) I didn't get any updates from them. Then I googled it. And found so many people were been complaining about that website. So I decided to take action against them and I want my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
