I ordered my products on *rd August. they took * months to ship the product which I didn't even receive.When i asked them for refund, they said they are trying to get the delivery proof after which they will intiate the refund. This was * months ago. Everytime I complain I get the same answer that they are trying to get delivery proof. It's a scam company if you value your peace of mind then don't order anything from here.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
