Payment got debited and transferred to Chintan mehta( as per payU). But comany refuses to refund or provide provide. Since the order confirmation (redirect to their site failed as their site is down many times),they are just not responding..and threating that he has my details and file a case against me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
