I ordered * tshirts from bootees.com and they had quite attractive offers. They didn't have a COD option and I paid with Paytm. Now though, it has been * months since I ordered and I've sent a lot of complaints to the company, each time they'd promise they'll send me within a few. I've attached a screenshot of their last mail. I finally sent a cancellation mail and I haven't received any replies or a mail regarding order dispatch or anything.
