I had ordered a jersey (Germany *rd kit) from pynkvilla months ago and made payment using my debit card. I'm highly disappointed because neither have I received the package nor a refund. Me and my friends have been trying to contact them via emails and WhatsApp as they do not provide phone call service and we have not received any response from their end. I hoped that they'd at least initiate a refund if not the product or keep me posted with the revised delivery date but there is no response whatsoever till date. Hope this complaint gets to the concern person. Your immediate response to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
