HP6inch Laptop Backpack - Package Not Deliverd

I have give one parcel cover to courier from Uppal X Road to Garepalli(KATARAM) on date of **/**/**** same time they told me next day morning this will reach Garepalli(KATARAM)l but to day **/**/**** still the Courier was not reachedGarepalli(KATARAM) and staff at not at all responding the calls and not giving any clarification of the status of my courier I was taking follow up from the customer care number they are also given BM hanmakonda number he is also not responding properly, totally I am very disappointed with the this kind of service that tsrtc providing I requesting to plz send my Courier to Garepalli(KATARAM).everyone should not respond.
