Tees nation - Package not deliverd

I had orderd a pair of shoes and a bag and also pre paid in gpay and they had sais it will be deliverd within *-* days and its been more than a week and yet package is not deliverd yet . I tried contacting them where the number is switchd off and they are not even responding the messages
