RJ Textile Kolkata - Package not deliver

Hi I order * pieces of Kurtis from Rj textile at the cost of **** from this company Rj textile Kolkata on **th of October through online and paid by Paytm this company owner had send us the images through whts up and we select * Kurtis and paid the money it’s been more than **days the company has not send the products it’s keep on telling transport issue product has been stock on the way and never picked the call offline only reply through whts up mags and whts up audio call finally when we told to give back our money this owner is telling I do not know the usage of Paytm bank has closed and been telling do what ever you want you can do when we check the reviews in google review we shocked his own friends has given him *ratings which beging we missed to check now no idea how to deal with this kind of cheap and roadster people
