Style like heaven - Package not deliver

I have ordered a dress on ** march of *** rs and after ordering i asked about delivery they said it will deliver within *-* days. but today is ** march still i have not recieved my product. and when i messaged them , firstly they ignored my messages and now they are saying that product is delivered But we have not got any call even from a delivery boy. so how could we got the product. and after that they are saying that track you product on Delhivery courier services but when we are searching on Delhivery site it is showing no package. Its totally fraud. They cheated us. We want either our money back or dress to be delivered
