Hi I ordered a tshirt on **th Nov and immediately paid through paytm..after that I received a confirmation of payment and placement of order but thereafter there's no response from their side .no sign of package being despatched or anything.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
