furosports.com - package not deliver and no refund is done

Sir I ordered a pair of shoes from furosports.com on *rd August **** and made the payment and delivery date was *th of Aug but the package was not delivered yet i called on service number provided by website but the service team didn't gave me any useful information about my order or when it will deliver to me or delivery or not and the team always put me on hold and never came back Also from *th of August the team said that the furosports.com is upgrading so they are unable to give me details and then they treated me in non acceptable manner after a while they didn't receive my call my order number is :#********* Also I massaged on helpdesk.redchife.in but no useful details received frome there , the team respond that they received their order and will provide a docket number but they didn't send docket number too. i also demand for the details of my package but they provide me fake and independent details which doesn't relate to me or my product I am attaching * documents *. bill of order *. details received by furosports.com * days ago *. details received by furosports.com * days ago i demand to cancel the order and refund my funds in my account they didn't gave any response in order of returning my funds please help my order number is : #********* thanks
