CCAvenue - Package not deliver

Aminesh Dayal filed complaint against CCAvenue on Apr 1, 2018

I have paid Rs *** by paytm to a online website BroFactor (www.brofactor.com) for buying two T-shirts but now they are not replying to my emails, massages and the mobile no. they provide was coming switched off. They said that their services are not in my city so delivery can't be possible, so I provided my new address of other city but they are not responding. Even they come online in there instagram account(@BroFactor) but are not even replying to my texts. My payment has transfered to CCAvenue. They
I literally want my money back.
Please help me.
