I am writing to complain about the delayed delivery of my Pixel Smartwatch order, which was placed on * July ****.
Despite the expected delivery timeframe, I have not yet received the package, and I have not been provided with a satisfactory update regarding its status. The delay is causing significant inconvenience.
I request that you:
Provide the current status of my order.
Confirm the expected delivery date.
Take immediate action to ensure prompt delivery.
If the order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, please advise me of the available options, including a refund.
