Maxwell Enterprises - Package not delievred

I tried to purchase * air conditioner where transferred the amount *****/- asked by seller but after payment he demanded more money saying order is mispackaged with * units I paid *****/- then he again said that we sent * units and I have to pay *****/- more which I paid. After this he asked for custom duty (earlier he said that custom duty will be paid by company) I fought and finally had to pay it. Then he asked for noc, I was reluctant this time and contacted Indiamart from where I got to know about this seller. Indiamart tried to coordinate seller but he didn't respond to them. He was keep asking me money, I was frustrated and finally paid ****/- noc amount. Again he said that delivery company caraexpress.com had cancelled your product so you need to rebook and product will be deliver in one day. *****/- I paid for rebooking. After this he said that caraexpress has shifted your product to Mumbai airport due to delay so you need to pay *****/- as custom duty again and we have added * pieces of Micromax ** inch led tv to compensate this. I was totally upset and threaten him that I'll do f.i.r against you. But I didn't pay any amount now. He is saying that product will not be delivered until you pay custom duty amount, I said I don't want the product, refund my money back. He is just asking for money and here it is blocked everything. My advocate already sent legal notice and seller didn’t respond it.
I have paid all the amounts through internet banking to * accounts provided by seller. One account is of Union bank Bangalore and another is sbi.
I can provide all the details where I transferred the amount, mail conversation with seller, and call recordings.
I just need a help from consumer court to solve this matter and I've ready to provide information which are needed.
I've attached legal notice my advocate sent to this seller.
