I ordered from your website with the order number # ***** with the amount of Rs. ***/- on **th Aug ****.
I received the confirmation call on the very next day stating it has been confirmed and expected delivery will be on **th spt ****.
After that i didn't receive any call for the delivery or cancellation or anything not even a single email stating the respond from your end.
Yesterday i.e **th spt **** I called to the customer care number as mentioned "**********" and had a word from one of the person from your website stating that:-
*st. The order has been cancelled as per the today's date, exact date when i was about to receive the package, also when i called he stated me that.
*nd. Since the amount is less so we cancelled from our end.
*rd It as about to delivery and delivery boy called you didn't pick the call.
*th. For the cancellation also we called you didn't receive the call.
Such a stupid reason that person even doesn't know the exact reason of cancellation.
I told him to send me the mail for the cancellation and refund of my money i didn't receive.
Such a unprofessional stuff you people are handling and fooling the customer.
I want the proper justification and proper mail for refunding my money AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
