Dominos - package not dekivered repeatedly and denying claims

Hi Team,
I have repaetedly ordered from dominos pizza and they deducted money and did not deliver the pizza on contacting help support they stated that this is a different branch amd they will call back shortly.
In our last ordered one which was from ajoynagar branch kolkata we waited for two hours then after we called they stated that they dnt have any delivery person and hence they are cancelling the order and the refund will be given but no refund came and same happened with previous orders and the orders showed delivered
